Villa Nick’s House is a centrally located, five-bedroom holiday villa with a private pool and garden. It is built on a 750m² plot and has a total closed area of 550 m2. The conveniently located villa is only within 3-4 minutes walking distance to Gocek centre, restaurants, supermarkets and marinas. With its 5 en-suite bedrooms, 4 living rooms, and 4 open-plan kitchens, it is ideal for large families and groups of up to 12 people.

The vacation rental is decorated with high-quality materials throughout. A comfortable and artistic approach has been prioritized in the villa’s decoration. It has a large and comfortable winter garden with a pool view, where you can have a pleasant time in all seasons. The rental villa offers an ultra-luxurious accommodation experience with its Turkish bath. There are sun loungers, a sitting group, benches, umbrellas and hammocks around the pool.  The private garden is full of fruit trees. The villa also features a garage.

Cleaning And Hygiene

All rental properties are disinfected with a ULV machine with nanosilver ion technology. We wash bedding and towels at 90 degrees. Also, you can bring your towels and bedding if you wish.

Rent A Car

The rental villa is within walking distance of the town centre. A car is recommended to discover Gocek, Fethiye, neighbouring cities, and antic-Greek ruins. If you want to rent a car from our business partners, we offer a recent car for about €100 per day. If you rent a car during your stay, your car will pick you up from Dalaman Airport and drop you off at the airport.
